Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Please allow a few days for the process to complete.

Account & Billing
To update your billing details, go to your account settings and click on "Billing Information". From there, you can change your card, address, or VAT number. Changes take effect immediately for future payments.
Yes. Unless you cancel your plan or switch to the Free tier, your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file.
Absolutely. We generate an invoice for every payment. You can view and download past invoices from the Billing section in your account at any time.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and try again a few days later. If the issue isn't resolved after several attempts, your account may be paused until payment is completed.
You can cancel at any time by going to your Billing settings and clicking "Cancel Plan". Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We generally don’t offer refunds once a payment has been processed, but if you believe there’s been a mistake, get in touch with our support team — we’re happy to review your case.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your Billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and charges are prorated if needed.
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated. If you're a VAT-registered business, you can add your VAT number during checkout for invoicing purposes.
